Returns
We do not accept returns for apparel or plushies, however if an item is defective we can offer a full or partial discount on a new purchase, on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to email us and ask.

Shipping
Pre-orders will take a while to fulfill, please allow up to 3 months after the pre-order window closes for your order to ship.
